Rachel Nash is a Board-Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA) with a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling, serving patients and families across North Carolina and South Carolina. She founded Nash Patient Advocacy and Consulting after experiencing firsthand how broken communication in the healthcare system leaves patients feeling unheard, confused, and alone. That experience shaped her belief that most healthcare failures are not medical failures. They are communication failures. Rachel helps families navigate hospital stays, complex diagnoses, elder care, veterans healthcare, insurance denials, and medical billing. She attends appointments, coordinates care across providers, and steps in when families cannot be there in person.
